Jose Riveiro and Pirates may not be done recruiting new stars just yet.
In fact, they have been linked with a Bafana goalkeeper, valued at an incredible R7 MILLION.

Veli Mothwa is still a player of interest to the Bucs.
The Usuthu and SA goalkeeper is still an option for Pirates despite his two-year contract extension at the end of last season.
According to SoccerLaduma, there is still a possibility that Mothwa could sign for Pirates due to several reasons.
Firstly, Richard Ofori may find himself in Europe. Secondly, Pirates need a top-quality goalkeeper if they are to seriously compete for silverware this season. Mothwa already has four clean sheets in seven starts this season.
Under Benni McCarthy, he was one of the finds of the season. Arguably, the best goalkeeper during the 2020/21 DStv Premiership.
He was an instrumental part of AmaZulu’s best-ever season – where they finished in second place in the PSL.
With Pirates failing to sign Ronwen Williams, their next option became Mothwa.
His R7 MILLION is his base value based on the latest figures on Transfermarkt. However, if Pirates are to sign him they will have to pay a fair bit more given that they will have to buy him out of contract.
