After months of being connected to Naturena, AmaZulu FC assistant coach Siyabonga Nomvethe appears to have confirmed that Sibusiso Mabiliso will be joining Kaizer Chiefs ahead of next season, since January, Mabiliso has been connected with a move to Kaizer Chiefs, Nomvethe, who now works as an assistant to Benni McCarthy at Usuthu, has spoken out about the planned move. While no official additions have been announced by the club, another Naturena signing was implicitly reported this week. Phathutshedzo Nange confirmed his transfer to the Amakhosi, and now Nomvethe has all but confirmed Mabiliso’s transfer to the Glamour Boys.

BHELE INDIRECTLY CONFIRMS SIBUSISO MABILISO JOINING KAIZER CHIEFS!

Siyabonga Nomvethe, a record-breaking PSL attacker, has thrown his support behind the 22-year-old AmaZulu defender. Despite the club’s vast stature, Bhele sees no reason why Mabiliso can’t succeed at Kaizer Chiefs.

Kaizer Chiefs: Five most valuable players – UPDATED

“Yea, he’s a young lad who has recently developed. He has a lot of potential and puts forth a lot of effort. Every time he plays in, he pulls up his socks, As a young player, he was a natural match for AmaZulu.” Nomvethe told Kick-off.

He delivered, and he was on the field week in and week out, so I don’t think he’ll have any issues with Kaizer Chiefs since the level is the same, and he’ll be playing with individuals who are similar to him in the same league.

“It’s not like he’s about to embark on an arduous journey. If he continues to put up the same kind of effort as he did at AmaZulu, he will be a regular starter for Kaizer Chiefs. He has the ability to mark and attack, and he never gives up. I can’t even give him a rating because he’s great at everything.”
