SuperSport United have confirmed the signing of the 31year old Buhle Mkhwanazi on a one year deal with option to renew.
CEO of SuperSport is impressed with the new signing
“Buhle brings us maturity, character and leadership at the back where the void of Clayton Daniels, Bongani Khumalo and Grant Kekana has left us thin in terms of experience.
“Buhle knows what is required to win trophies at an ambitious club like ours with his success at Wits and we think he will add value to the team and positively impact our younger players in the squad,“
He didn’t play last season as Wits was on sale.
Last time he played was last year at Bidvest Wits and he once played for Masandawana , Phunya Selesele and University of University.
Mkhwanazi could make his club debut this Saturday, when SuperSport take on Cape Town City away from home in their DStv Premiership encounter.
