Buhle Mkhwanazi, a former Bafana Bafana and Bidvest Wits defender is set to make a return to football. This after spending an entire season on the sidelines.
At the end of the 2019/20 campaign, Limpopo businessman Masala Mulaudzi bought Bidvest Wits. A number of the star Clever Boys found new homes immediately. However, a handful remained behind at the newly bought side as part of the broader package.
One such player that remained behind was Bafana Bafana defender Buhle Mkhwanazi. Mkhwanazi was one of the star Bidvest Wits players that remained part of the package deal that Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila struck with Bidvest Wits however, the club failed to meet his salary expectations.
