Due to SuperSport United’s decision to cease their evaluation of a player who recently became a free agent, Chiefs have emerged as the frontrunners to sign him.
The Glamour Boys have officially entered the race to bring Seth Parusnath to Naturena, according to high-ranking sources, despite the fact that many other Premier Soccer League clubs are also interested in the ex-Golden Arrows midfielder.
He missed just two of his former club’s DStv Premiership matches last season, so it did come as a shock when he was allowed to leave on a free.
Parusnath was being assessed by SSU coach Kaitano Tembo with the hopes of signing him if he impressed.
The player, however, is no longer practicing with the club after one week, with CEO Stan Matthews suggesting Parusnath will be left to discuss his options with his representation.

“Yes Brandon (Seth) trained with us last week and now he is discussing his options with his agent so I can’t comment more than that at this time,” Matthews told the Siya crew when contacted for comment.
There are numerous transfers that failed at the naturena ever since the transfer widow has been opened
SSU were prepared to make an offer to Parusnath, but the Kaizer Chiefs interest suggests there could be a bidding war, given that the player is currently a free agent – but the Tshwane side aren’t keen on a price tussle.
