  1. Thembinkosi Lorch

The 27-year- has been connected with a transfer away from Mamelodi Sundowns, Royal Union Saint-Gilloise in Belgium, and Club Brugge, among other clubs. Lorch has four goals and five assists in 24 competitive appearances for the Soweto giants despite missing nearly half of the season. This season, he only has one goal and four assists in 18 league games for Pirates. Chiefs advised to sign Lorch and will bring results into the club.

  1. Alexander Cole

Alexander, who will be 32 in July, has been one of Odisha’s finest players this season, and has already led the ISL side three times despite this being his first year with the club. He has already scored three goals in 15 competitive appearances for Odisha, with two of those goals coming while wearing the captain’s armband.

  1. Bradley Grobler

Grobler had his greatest season to date, scoring 17 goals and giving two assists in 30 games during the 2020/21 season. Chiefs were said to be interested in signing the Bafana Bafana forward as a substitute for Samir Nurkovic, who is wanted in North Africa and the Middle East.

Would make complete Kaizer Chiefs team”

“I know I’m dreaming, but if Alexander Cole, Bradley Grobler, and (Thembinkosi) Lorch were available, we’d have a full Kaizer Chiefs,” Seale told Kickoff.

“With Cole he reminds of [Wellington] Manyathi, very reliable in defence to let bo Ngcobo attack freely with all their energy, Bradley proven to be a lethal striker who might miss three opportunities but surely he’ll get one. And the energy Lorch has, rarely stoppable.

“Besides the positive results we’ve been craving for, will bring competition in the most important positions of the field, midfield and strikers.”

Kaizer Chiefs finished ninth last season after spending the bulk of the season closer to the relegation zone than the top half of the standings. Their eighth-place result earned them a first-round MTN8 encounter with champions Mamelodi Sundowns. Seale, aged 54, played 216 games for Kaizer Chiefs in all competitions between 1989 and 1995.
