Kaizer Chiefs are sensationally preparing to offer two first-team players to AmaZulu as part of a deal in exchange for star midfielder Siyethemba Sithebe.
KosiBay revealed that Sithebe had agreed to a lucrative deal to join the Soweto giants in the current January transfer window.
Sithebe has also already put pen to paper on a pre-contract to a three-year deal with Amakhosi.
The former Mbombela United midfielder’s contract with Usuthu is set to expire at the current end of this season in June this year.
Kaizer Chiefs are now preparing to offer AmaZulu two players in exchange with Dumisani Zuma one name mentioned as part of the deal.
“AmaZulu are not ready to let Sithebe go to Kaizer Chiefs for free,” a source close to the deal revealed to KickOff.
“Chiefs want to bring the player in now during the January window and are ready to send two players to AmaZulu as part of a swap deal.”
Sithebe is currently back in Durban where he has continued to partake in first-team training with Benni McCarthy’s side.
